Registration
All members are required to register with the club via the RFU's Game Management System (GMS). You can do this after selecting a membership option on this website, or going straight to the Bicester RUFC GMS portal. Once you are registered, you will not be required to re-register unless you are rejoining the club after a period at another club.

Membership
The running of the club is solely dependent on membership subscriptions, fundraising activities held throughout the year, the generous support of a number of sponsors providing match shirts for each age group, and other individuals who have made personal donations. We make no money from the clubhouse (which we do not own) and have to pay for the use of all facilities and every blade of grass.
To ensure the survival of the club we therefore have a no pay, no train/play policy. For new players, we provide a trial period for three sessions, after which membership subscriptions must be paid. RFU Registration and therefore the ability to play is dependant upon membership.
We offer a range of membership options for players and non-players, available to purchase through the memberships section of this website.
We are committed to ensuring that those for whom money is a barrier to playing should not be disadvantaged - please follow this link for more information.
Players
- Senior Men (Foxes): £220 (full membership - includes voting rights, touch rugby, mid-week training, match shirt, shorts, socks, and match teas); OR £20 pay as you play (includes match shirt, social membership only, no voting rights)
- Senior Women (Vixens): £90 (full membership includes voting rights, touch rugby, mid-week training, match shirt, shorts, socks and match teas); OR £20 pay as you play (includes match shirt, match teas, social membership, no voting rights)
- Touch Rugby: £75 (full membership includes voting rights) OR £3 pay as you play (social membership only, no voting rights)
- *Youth U13-U18 Colts (Juniors): £145 (male) OR £90 (female) (full membership includes voting rights via required registered parent/guardian, touch rugby, mid-week training, match shirt, shorts, socks and match teas)
- *Youth U7-U12 (Minis): £110 (includes full membership, voting rights via required registered parent/guardian, match shirt, shorts, socks, matches, festivals, training, and match teas)
- *Youth U5 & U6 (Micros): £50 (includes full membership, voting rights via required rgistered parent/guardian and training)
Vice Presidents
- Vice President PLUS: £250 (includes full membership, voting rights, preferential early access to England international tickets)
- Vice President: £55 (includes social membership only, no voting rights)
Honorary Membership
- Honorary Life Members: gratis in recognition of service to the club, only awarded by majority vote of members present at an AGM (includes full membership and voting rights)
- Honorary ex-Players: gratis for all ex-Senior players (includes social membership only, no voting rights)
Club Volunteer Membership
- This membership category is available free of charge to all club volunteers, including coaches, team administrators, board and committee members.

- Volunteers meeting the above criteria are full members and have voting rights.

- Senior Mens or Senior Womens Parent/Guardian Member discount for Child (Youth): 50%
- Sibling discount (Youth): 50%
- Mid-season discount (from 1 Jan): 30%
*Parent/Guardian Membership
- ALL youth players are required to have an RFU registered Parent/Guardian associated to Bicester RUFC.
- Membership is free for the Parent/Guardian and includes social membership only
- One Parent/Guardian may exercise their child's voting rights on their child's behalf
