We are a Community Amateur Sports Club, owned and operated by our members for our members, with any profits being reinvested for the benefit of our members. With none of the overheads of other clubs, all of your membership fees can go directly towards actually playing and training.
In partnership with Bicester Town Council, we have some of the best rugby facilities right here in Bicester at the Whitelands Farm Sports Ground, Whitelands Way, Bicester OX26 1AJ, including access to a rugby ready all-weather pitch, two full sized rugby pitches (soon to be floodlit), training grids and The Kitchen & Bar Café and Bar and ample parking.
Being an RFU Affiliated and Accredited Club, Bicester RUFC has some of the best trained coaches in the County, and as a member you have the opportunity to buy tickets directly from the RFU for the Autumn Internationals and Six Nations ahead of general release to the public. So another great reason to join or renew is that our club’s allocation of these tickets is only open for a ballot by our members - for more details click here
Our membership year runs from July to the end of the following June, and for the fifth year in a row our membership fees remain frozen, representing even better value for your money!
We value our volunteers, all club coaches, first aiders, team admins etc. are eligible for complimentary club membership. If you fall into this category and your Club Official membership isn't already showing on your account, please contact amanda.thomas@bicesterrufc.co.uk and your membership records will be updated accordingly.
We recognise that for some, there might be a financial barrier to being able to join the club and play the game and for those of you in these circumstances, we have a discretionary fund 'Access to Rugby'. If you, or anyone you know, might need help, in complete confidence, please email access@bicesterrufc.co.uk
